PAYMENT: 1/2 of total due at
agreement signing—balance due on 1st visit
CANCELLATION: Cancellations may be made up to (3) days prior to 1st
visit—a fee of $30.00 will be charged thereafter. During holiday periods
(New Years, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Independence Day &
Labor Day) cancellations may be made up to 10 days ahead of 1st visit.
Thereafter, if we are unable to fill the cancelled reservation, 50% of
the total reservation will be charged.
JOB SHARING: Due to liability issues with our insurance carrier, we are
unable to share pet sitting responsibilities with client’s neighbors,
family or friends.
SERVICE AREA: Visits located over 6 miles from Costco are an additional
$5.00 per visit. Our service area is limited to 12 miles from Costco
THE FOLLOWING IS A LIST OF THINGS THAT YOU CAN DO TO HELP ASSURE YOUR
PET’S COMFORT AND HELP US SERVE YOU BETTER.
- If possible, give us a call at least two weeks prior to your departure
so that we can schedule our complimentary consultation visit to meet you
and your pets. This visit lasts approximately 1/2 hour to meet you &
yours pets, review and sign our Service agreement and Vet release forms,
give us all the important info about your pets and, if possible, pick up
your extra working house key. You can familiarize us with your home and
pets’ daily routine
- Be sure that id tags and licenses are securely fastened to your pets
collars.
- Prepare an itinerary for us, including contact information at your
destination, flight info and schedule.
- Be prepared to provide us with your veterinarian’s name, phone number
and address. We will provide a form for you to sign, giving your vet
permission for your pets to receive emergency medical attention if
necessary.
- Provide us with local emergency contact name & number (close friend,
family or neighbor) Leave our name & number with this same emergency
contact.
- Inform neighbors who may be aware that you are away from home, that we
will be making visits to your home to look after your pets.
- If you have a security system, please write out all instructions.
- Check the key you will be giving us to make sure it works properly.
